At Hometown, we’re proud to deliver gear that’s built with purpose. Whether it’s printed fresh or packed from our inventory, your order is handled with care from start to finish.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items:
Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands.

Made-to-Order (POD) Items:
Some products like our graphic tees are printed on demand to keep designs available at all times.

  • Orders typically enter production within 1–2 business days

  • Production can take 7–12+ business days depending on demand and location

  • Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 3–7 business days

Since POD orders ship directly from our print partner, tracking will be manually updated by our team as soon as it’s confirmed. We’ll keep you in the loop with email updates along the way.

We appreciate your patience as we create something custom just for you. It’s part of what makes Hometown personal.

Delivery Timeframes

U.S. Shipping:

  • In-Stock: Arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment

  • POD: Typically 10–17 business days total (production + shipping)

International Shipping:
Currently not available, but we’re working on it.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5–$9, based on order size & weight

Tracking & Notifications

You'll receive:

  • A confirmation email after checkout

  • A production update (for POD items)

  • A tracking email once your order ships

POD tracking is manually uploaded by our team, so you’ll hear directly from us once your item is on the way.
