Refund policy

We’re a small but growing brand that puts thought into every product. From heavyweight tees to gym-ready fits, everything we ship is made to move with you.

While most of our items are made-to-order or limited-edition, we do our best to make sure your gear fits right and feels right.


Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our part.

We are a small brand, and many of our items especially graphic tees are printed on demand just for you.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Size Swaps: If your activewear or mesh shorts don’t fit the way you hoped, we’ll work with you to exchange for a different size (based on availability).

  • Store Credit: If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick something else.

To qualify:

  • Must request within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless we made a mistake)

To start a swap, email us at info@hometownworldwide.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item + size you're requesting

  • A brief reason for the exchange


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Graphic tees (POD) are final sale due to custom production

  • Sale items, limited drops, and socks are final sale

  • Items worn, washed, or returned without original packaging are not eligible
