How To Measure: 

  • Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the base of the neck) straight down to the bottom hem of the tee. Ensure the tape measure is straight and not slanted. Stand straight while measuring to get the most accurate length.
  • Chest Width: Place the measuring tape under the arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level and parallel to the ground. Note the width of the chest area.
  • Sleeve Length: Start at the center of the back of your neck, and measure along the shoulder seam and down the outside of the arm to the wrist. This will give you the length of the sleeve from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

  • Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
  • Inseam: Extend the tape down the inside of your leg to your preferred length (e.g., ankle or mid-calf). If you’re measuring a pair of leggings, measure from the crotch seam to the hem of the leggings. Place the tape measure at the seam where your legs meet.
