How do I know my order is confirmed?
Every order is subject to review. The order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.
When will I receive my order?
Our orders are processed Monday – Friday and shipped within 3-10 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
I received a tracking number, but how come the shipment hasn't moved?
No worries, our tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 2-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates with an estimated delivery date.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. There is no returns or exchanges. Each order is shipped and inspected by us personally and will be not shipped with any defects. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed in our products!
